The first TONON meat rail system was made of steel in 1976. For the past 5 decades, every parts of the TONON Meat Rail System was perfected to achieve the ease of operation. The TONON Rail System is able to transport half or quarter beasts effortlessly. The framework is made of high strength 20 micron anodized aluminum. It is easy to assemble and adjust. Tonon can custom design a system to fit into any size of operation.

The quarter beef trolley is ideal for handling and moving big carcass from the unloading area to the cold room. Pulleys can be blocked to prevent accident movements. There is also a connector between the trolley and the meat rail.
